Take some time this month to look at the amount of saturated fats in the foods you commonly eat. Most people are surprised to find some foods they think of as 'good' actually contain more fat than they realised, whilst other 'bad' foods aren't really that bad at all. Remember to take into account how much you have so you can compare fat intake from the different sources.
